The AI-based snack ordering app for cinemas enhances the movie-watching experience by providing snack recommendations that match the film's theme and genre. Offering a wide selection, detailed information, real-time updates, and easy payment options, the app ensures users can order snacks without waiting in line, making the movie experience more memorable and satisfying.

I conducted an initial interview to empathize with the user. This initial interview is useful for understanding the user's perspective and learning the user's pain points. The result of the interview is an empathy map, which is a chart that explains everything that contains pieces of user information from the user interview transcript.
